Overview

Dependabilitees creates custom online apparel stores for teams, schools, organizations and businesses. These stores allow individuals (parents, players, employees) to order and pay online during a set window of time. After the store closes, we process orders, order garments, decorate items and prepare completed orders for pickup.

How it Works?

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to discuss your organization, goals, and timeline. We'll help determine the best store window for your needs.

Step 2: Design & Planning

• We create or refine your design.
• We confirm which items will be offered (examples: tees, hoodies, joggers, shorts, hats).
• Artwork is submitted for approval before we build the store.
• We finalize pricing and any fundraising details.

Once the design and product list are approved, we move forward with store setup.

Step 3: We Build Your Store

We create your custom online storefront with the approved artwork and selected items. Your receive the store link, a QR code, a promotional graphic to share and confirmed open/close dates.

Step 4: Store Goes Live

Customers place and pay for orders individually during the open window of time (typically 10 -14 days).

Step 5: Store Closes & Production Begins

• After the store closes, all orders are processed together.
• No add-on orders can be accepted once the store has closed.
• Garments are ordered, then decorated in bulk (printing/embroidery as applicable).
• Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from store closing to pickup.

Step 6: Distribution

All completed orders are prepared for pickup at our location. A representative from the team or organization is responsible for picking up and distributing orders.
